  2. Partially Consumed: Once opened or used, items are typically not returnable.
  3. Delivery Issues: Incorrect address or unavailability by customer.

Timeframes:

  1. Report Issues: Within 24-72 hours of delivery for immediate action.
  2. Policy Duration: Some policies last 7 days from delivery, while others are stricter.

Proof Required:

  1. Photos/Videos: Essential proof, especially for damage, showing the original packaging and product.

Refund Process:

  1. Method: Back to the original payment method or UPI.
  2. Timing: Processed within 3-7 business days after approval.

Customer Responsibility:

  1. Provide accurate delivery address and contact details.
  2. Report issues promptly with evidence.
